Project Manager - Construction (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team in Los Angeles. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects while also receiving a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
