Registered Nurse - Home Health Care Provider

As a Registered Nurse - Home Health Care Provider, you will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with patients and their families to create individualized care plans and provide education on disease management and medication administration. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and documenting all care provided. Requirements:
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience working in home health or hospice care preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Must be able to provide your own transportation for home visits

Salary: $1300 per week
