Indian Concierge in Los Angeles

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our clients, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, activities, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions, events, and businesses
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are properly prepared
- Handle guest requests such as room service, laundry service, etc.
- Assist with any special requests or arrangements for guests

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
