Part-Time Concierge
A luxury hotel in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Concierge to join our team. As a key member of the hospitality industry, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in the Los Angeles area
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
