Junior DevOps Developer

As a Junior DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary for the development, testing, and deployment of software applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration between code and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security. This position requires previous experience in software development and knowledge of DevOps principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Akron with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated systems for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with development team to ensure efficient code deployment
- Ensure data security through implementation of proper protocols
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software development
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Chef
