Formworker - Contract Position


We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating molds and frames for concrete structures, ensuring they are accurately built to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision tools.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Set up formwork according to project specifications
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials for formwork using hand or power tools
- Install reinforcing bars and mesh for concrete structures
- Pour and finish concrete into formwork molds
- Monitor forms during the curing process to ensure proper alignment and stability
- Remove forms once concrete is set and clean up work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with precision tools such as saws, drills, and levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
