Job Title: Elevator Installer


We are currently hiring experienced Elevator Installers to join our growing team in Akron. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in commercial and residential buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install elevators according to blueprints and specifications
- Assemble and install elevator car, rails, and control panels
- Test elevator functionality and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on elevators to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on projects and address any concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
