We are hiring a skilled Welder for our company in Akron. As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts together using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints and welding plans, operate welding equipment safely, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Welder.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding plans.
- Familiarity with various metals and their properties.
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for long periods of time.
- Must have own basic welding tools.
- Pakistani nationality preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding plans to determine project specifications.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Select appropriate materials based on project requirements.
- Use various welding techniques to join metal parts together.
- Inspect finished welds for defects or imperfections.
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working with hot metals and hazardous materials.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
