We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Akron. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, determining the materials needed, and using various welding techniques to join metals. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metals
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it regularly
- Inspect completed welds for quality standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using various welding techniques
- Knowledge of safety protocols for welding operations
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks in varying conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This job is open to Malayalees (people from Kerala) as well as foreigners. English proficiency is not required for this position. Experience in welding is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all candidates.
