Construction Manager (Nepali only)


We are in need of a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Bungoma, Nepal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Nepali candidates who have their own visa are preferred. However, we are open to sponsoring work visas for the right candidate.
