Construction Manager


Our construction company in Bungoma is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion
- Hire, train, and manage construction staff, including contractors and subcontractors
- Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
