We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, maintaining inventory and keeping the warehouse organized. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Check inventory for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while loading and unloading
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading and unloading schedules
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy when checking inventory
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
