Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator for our company based in Bungoma, you will be responsible for operating various types of loaders to efficiently load and move materials within our construction site. Your main duties will include operating the loader, performing pre- and post-operation inspections, and maintaining the equipment in good working condition.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a loader operator and possess a valid license to operate heavy equipment. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is also required.

In addition to operating the loader, you will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on the equipment and reporting any malfunctions or damages. Therefore, attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.

As we are looking for someone with visa sponsorship and no English language requirement, preference will be given to Indian candidates. However, all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects. You must also be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
