Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Sharjah. Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing resources, hiring and supervising contractors and subcontractors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and maintaining a safe working environment.

To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of construction processes and procedures, as well as excellent project management skills. You should also possess strong leadership abilities and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse team of professionals. Additionally, experience in budget management, risk assessment, and contract negotiation is essential.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for Indian nationals with proficiency in English. It is a part-time job with flexible working hours that can accommodate your personal commitments. No prior experience is required; however, candidates with previous construction management experience will be given preference.
