Construction Project Manager

The construction project manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various construction projects in Lusail. They will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline and quality of the projects while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with contractors, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes
