Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The role will involve overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and procurement
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans, budgets, and timelines
- Identify any potential issues or delays and take proactive measures to address them
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
