Construction Manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar

Construction Manager (Malayalee) - Ar-Ruwais, UAE

We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects
- Review project plans and ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth construction process
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Previous experience in construction management is not required but considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English language skills not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
