Facade Project Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Facade Project Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Facade Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facade projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade construction and project management, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all stages of facade projects from design to installation
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee quality control and address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise
- Manage project finances including budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing
- Participate in regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade construction or project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale facade projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills preferred but not required

Salary:
$1400 per month
