Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This position is only open to Indian nationals and does not require English proficiency. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue by promoting the hotel's services and amenities to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for occupancy, room revenue, and other key performance indicators
- Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms and establish partnerships to drive business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry
- Plan and execute sales trips to target markets, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events
- Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business
- Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel frequently

Salary: $900 per month with accommodation provided. This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year.
