Facade Installer


We are in need of a skilled Facade Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior building facades, including windows, doors, cladding, and other architectural elements. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure that all installations are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation
- Knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install windows, doors, cladding, and other facade elements using appropriate tools
- Seal joints and seams using caulking or weatherproofing materials
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with project manager regarding any issues or concerns during installation process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
