Merchandiser for Textile Industry in Los Angeles, USA


Our thriving textile company in Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling process of our textiles, ensuring that our products are of high quality and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer demands
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop new textile collections
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with logistics team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising within the textile industry
- Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, production processes, and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

We offer competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation assistance. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
