We are urgently looking for a Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our production facility. You must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read production specifications and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina, as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials

Salary: $1300 per month
