Factory Machine Operator
A well-established manufacturing company in Nakuru is seeking an experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating industrial machinery and be familiar with safety protocols and procedures. This position requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Factory Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in the production line. This is a physically demanding role that may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications
- Operate machines efficiently and safely
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery
