Factory Line Worker


A factory line worker is responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery on a production line. The main duty is to ensure the smooth running of the production process in order to meet daily targets. This job requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery on the production line
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production targets
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Report any potential hazards or malfunctions immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical processes is an asset

Working Conditions:
The factory operates 24/7, so shifts may vary including night, weekend, and holiday shifts. This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime. The work environment can be loud, dusty, and hot at times.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya.

Preference:
This job is open to both Indian nationals as well as foreigners. No knowledge of English language is required for this job. Part-time positions are not available for this role. Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
