Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of cataloguing systems and library software
- Passion for books and promoting literacy

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization and management of the library's collection
- Assist patrons with locating materials and providing recommendations
- Promote library services, programs, and events through various channels
- Process new materials into the collection using cataloguing systems
- Maintain accurate records of circulation statistics and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other librarians to develop new programs and services for the community
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in literature, technology, and education to enhance the library's offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patron inquiries or concerns promptly

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (open to all nationalities)
