Construction Site Manager


As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of various projects in Mombasa. You will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of workers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, ensuring they are following safety protocols and meeting project deadlines
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (preference for Indian nationals)
