Entry-Level Carpenter


We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Entry-Level Carpenter to join our team in Mombasa. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about carpentry and eager to learn on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Build or repair structures such as furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows
- Install structures and fixtures using hand or power tools
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Mombasa

This position is suitable for English speakers without prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Mombasa.
