Factory Machine Operator (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a well-established manufacturing company based in Mombasa, seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to set standards and procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep accurate records of production data for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Factory Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
- Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
