Administrative Assistant - Eldoret, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, including memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Order office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1000$ per month
