Job Title: Administrator for a Multilingual Contract Position in Eldoret, Kenya
Our multinational company is seeking an Administrator for a contract position in our Eldoret office. This role is open to all nationalities and requires fluency in English, as well as proficiency in any other language. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules for managers
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Liaise with other departments within the company as well as external partners
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other language is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Own visa/work permit is necessary
- Preference given to candidates without previous work experience
