We are hiring a Loader to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Inspect and count items being loaded or unloaded to ensure accuracy
- Securely fasten items to prevent shifting during transport
- Operate machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks to assist with loading and unloading
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with heavy machinery and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
