Office Manager - Eldoret, Kenya
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain up-to-date records and files for employees, clients, and projects
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Create and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Train new employees on office procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
