Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Create promotional materials and participate in sales events to promote the hotel
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Eldoret or surrounding areas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
