Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager in Eldoret, Kenya

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales or a related field, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients to maximize revenue
- Monitor competitors' rates, promotions, and marketing activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of local market preferred

Salary: 1300$

Location: Eldoret, Kenya

Language Requirements: English (proficiency in Nepali is a plus)

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
