The position of Carpenter in Malindi, Kenya offers a great opportunity for skilled individuals with experience in carpentry to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the field, preferably with a background in construction or woodworking. This position is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials based on project requirements
- Build wooden structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and decks using various tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trimmings
- Work from blueprints or instructions from supervisors to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong understanding of woodworking techniques
- Proficient knowledge of different tools such as saws, drills, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for working with hands for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed within given deadlines

We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1000 per month based on experience. This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time arrangements for the right candidate. English speaking skills are preferred but not mandatory.
