Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hair cutting, styling, shaving, beard trimming, and other grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Suggest suitable hairstyles or grooming options based on client's hair type and face shape
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barber shop
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barber
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques, styles, and trends
- Ability to use different tools such as scissors, clippers, trimmers, razors etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends and holidays as per client demand
