Our online forum is seeking a reliable and dedicated Forum Moderator to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our forum stays organized, safe, and welcoming for all members. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the forum daily and respond promptly to any reported issues or rule violations
- Review new posts and comments to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines
- Engage with forum members by responding to their questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Help facilitate discussions and encourage member participation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news related to the forum's topic
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop and implement new policies or rules as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and moderation best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain impartial when handling conflicts or sensitive topics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience moderating online forums or communities is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with a free visa and ticket.
