Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design concepts, and produce detailed plans and specifications for construction.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits and evaluate existing structures for potential renovations or additions
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural plans and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on finished projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate plans and specifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. The role does not require English proficiency or accommodation. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
