As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for industrial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (preferred)
