Excavator Operator


Shan Construction Company is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the vibrant city of Shan. Our company specializes in construction and development projects, working on a variety of sites including residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth, rock or other materials on construction sites. This will involve using a variety of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, or other excavations according to project specifications
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles using heavy equipment such as bulldozers or loaders
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or issues immediately
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you
- Adhere to project timelines and work closely with the construction team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep accurate records of work performed including daily logs, time sheets, and maintenance reports
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators
- Must have a valid Excavator Operator license/certification
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment
