Land Surveyor - Shan, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Shan, Egypt. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and to prepare topographical maps and other related documents. Your role will also involve measuring and mapping the layout of land development projects, providing accurate data for construction and engineering purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, including taking measurements and marking points on the land.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and aerial photography to collect data.
- Prepare topographical maps using surveying software.
- Analyze data collected from surveys to ensure accuracy and create reports.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information for land development projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proven experience using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or ArcGIS.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals on projects.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Egypt.
