Administrator - Shan City, Canada
An established company in Shan City is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and ordering supplies
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other office documents
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship or visa assistance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial tasks such as invoicing or budget management
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Fluency in French or Mandarin is a plus
Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
