Administrative Assistant

Our fast-paced office is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Shan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and has at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided but we can offer assistance in finding suitable housing for those who need it.
