Restaurant Manager for Egyptian or Canadian cuisine restaurant in Eschen



We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Egyptian or Canadian cuisine restaurant located in Eschen. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and customer service, strong leadership skills, and previous experience in restaurant management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, maintain the quality of food and service, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Salary: $1400 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of Egyptian or Canadian cuisine is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Eschen

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Create schedules that meet business needs while controlling labor costs
- Ensure high quality of food and service by monitoring staff performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through marketing initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Keep track of financial records including sales reports and budgeting

Working Conditions:
The Restaurant Manager works approximately 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule that includes weekends. This position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The work environment can be fast-paced and may involve high levels of stress during peak hours.
