IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Provide guidance and instruction on the use of technology
- Attend to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national living in or near Mauren
- Proficient in Urdu or Punjabi (English proficiency is not required)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work part-time hours with flexible schedule

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
