Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, while also incorporating modern functionality and design. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, considering the historical significance, structural integrity, and budget constraints
- Oversee the restoration process, ensuring that all work is done according to preservation standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the safe preservation of historical buildings
- Utilize modern technology and techniques to enhance the functionality of historical structures while maintaining their original charm
- Keep up-to-date with preservation regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Experience working on historical restoration projects is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
