As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Mauren. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant. Your role will involve creating work schedules, training and supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will handle inventory management, budgeting, and marketing strategies to increase profitability.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff and customers. The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends is also necessary.

This position requires a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. As this is a managerial role, we prefer candidates with at least a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
