Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As an Indian national, you will have a deep understanding of the Indian market and culture, allowing you to effectively promote our hotel and services to potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales strategies for the hotel to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract customers
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, revenue, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
