We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities for our hotel, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage budgets and monitor expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise the sales team to achieve their goals

Requirements:
- Nepali national residing in Mauren or willing to relocate
- Fluent in Nepali language (English proficiency is not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month plus commission based on performance.
