Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Triesen. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as expertise in industrial design and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and facilities that meet clients' needs and specifications
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop plans and blueprints
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Making adjustments or revisions to designs as needed based on client feedback or changing project requirements
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in industrial design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations relevant to industrial construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a part-time position that offers competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
